Our History

1998

"Tommy Williams Insurance and Financial Services" joined Raymond James Financial Services Investment Management Division. Raymond James Financial is a Florida-based company with more than 5,000 financial advisors serving 1.8 million accounts in 2,200 locations throughout the United States, Canada and overseas.

2000

Woodforest Financial Group purchased Tommy Williams Insurance and Financial Services to offer a brokerage option to its bank clients. Our name was changed to "Woodforest Financial Services". Since January, 2000, our relationship with Woodforest Bank and with Raymond James has been a very successful combination. Woodforest Financial Services has been one of the top performing branches for Raymond James Financial Services - Financial Institutions Division every year since 2003.
