Marsha K. Williams received her undergraduate degree from The University of Texas and Masters in Education from the University of Houston. Since entering the insurance and financial services field she has earned the Charter Life Underwriter (CLU) and Registered Health Underwriter (RHU) professional designations from the American College, Bryn Mawr, PA Marsha is also a registered representative of Raymond James Financial Services, Inc.
As head of the Group Benefits Division, Marsha represents most major health insurance providers. She analyzes companies current plans and provides consultation for optional plans to meet the objectives of the employer. The employee benefits division is dedicated to assisting the owners of professional firms, family-owned businesses, and closely held firms in the following areas:
- Meeting financial needs of business owners
- Providing full employee benefits
- Protecting and preserving the business owners interest
- Rewarding and retaining key employees
Marsha has been active supporting several community organizations including Interfaith of the Woodlands, The Woodlands Symphony Orchestra, Montgomery County Women’s Center, Woodlands High School Quarterback Club and Lone Star College Foundation Board. Professional memberships include Montgomery County Society of Human Resources, Executive Women’s Alliance and Houston Association of Health Underwriters. She is an active member of The Woodlands United Methodist Church
