Thomas D. "Tommy" Williams is a veteran of the financial services industry,
beginning his career as a life insurance agent in 1983.
He is a 1978 graduate of Texas A & M University earning a B.B.A. in Accounting. A Certified Public Accountant, he worked in
industry and public accounting before entering the financial services field.
Williams is President of Woodforest Financial Services, Inc., Registered Principal and Branch Manager with Raymond James Financial Services.
Williams is committed to client service and education. Tommy
has served as an instructor at a local university and as moderator for corporate sponsored
financial seminars. Seminar attendees have
recognized Tommy’s effectiveness as a public speaker on such topics as lowering your
taxes, planning for retirement, investments, and insurance related topics. He has the ability to
communicate complex topics in a succinct manner.

serves the community as State Senator for Senate District 4 representing approximately 700,000 residents in six Southeast Texas counties in the state Senate. The
